Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

If you wish to change a product or want to return any defective products, for your best service, please follow the instructions below:

Change of Products

If for some reason you wish to exchange the product you received, you must do so within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase (date indicated on the purchase receipt or exchange card). Products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or exchange card. Also, they must be returned intact, in their packaging, without being opened or assembled, and the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value. For seasonal items, such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter, summer, as well as products sold on sale, the possibility of change does not apply.

Defective products

1) Change to a new functional product: We will send a courier to collect the product packed from your place. If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect and if the manufacturer's fault is first confirmed we will replace the product and ship it to you free of charge. The return of any defective products must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging to be sent to the supplier. They should also be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt, change card or sales invoice. In any case, replacement of the product can only be done if the defect does not come from misuse by the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product.
2) Bad/Wrong Use: If the product after inspection is confirmed to have become non-functional due to bad or incorrect use, we can: either return it to you with a consignee charge based on the courier company's price list or destroy it for you so that you do not incur extra shipping costs. In the case of product damage, your respective request must be submitted to us in writing by any suitable means, otherwise the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, you can return the product you have purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days from the date of its invoicing, so that the exercise of your right is considered timely. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The products must be intact, in their packaging, without having been opened or reassembled, since the products will be made available for sale again. They should also be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (retail receipt or sales invoice). If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer at a consignee charge. In any case, you should contact our company to inform us of your intention.
